Evisu

Japanese line of jeanswear, founded in 1988 by an idea of Hiehiko Yamane, a passionate lover of the original denim.
With a frame American 50s, reopened in Osaka, Yamane realizes the selvedge denim (fabric with selvage side to that of the jeans all the time): 40 meters per day, for a limited and well-kept, marked by logo-a hand-painted sign.

In the early 90s, broke the phenomenon of "vintage" and Evisu has become a cult classic loved by music stars from Madonna to George Michael, the leader of Oasis, the Gallagher brothers.
In '97, began production under license in Italy (again, with Japanese denim.) Evisu jeans are from a wide spread, precious models, such as a limited edition of 2000 with jade buttons, embroidered logo in 18 carat gold and inlaid pockets in Chinese silk.
