MY ORDERS

You can check the status of an order in process at any time by simply logging into your account.

ORDER STATUS EXPLAINED:

When you login to your account, you will see one of the following order statuses displayed alongside your order. For your convenience, here are the explanations of what each of those order status messages mean.

"Placed": – Your order has been received and we are waiting to receive the payment from you.

"Preparing": – Your order and payment have been received, and as soon as one of our staff has verified your payment, your order will be updated to "confirmed", or you will receive additional instructions.

"Confirmed": – Your order has been received and your payment method verified. Your items will be dispatched shortly.

"Shipped": – Your order has been dispatched from Luxyuu. You can track delivery through to the final destination by logging into your control panel.
