PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Here you can find answers to any questions you might have about the administrative documents that are sent with your order, details about how we invoice our customers, the payment methods we accept, and how you can exercise your right to a refund.

Cash on delivery (ltaly only*).
*please note that an additional administrative fee of €4 per order is applied for cash on delivery payments.
Invoicing & VAT
A sales invoice is automatically sent out together with the order when it is dispatched. If requested by the customer, a different billing and shipping address can be specified when going through the checkout process, for example, in the cases of Luxyuu Gifts. For all countries in the European Union, VAT (IVA) is included in the prices listed on the website. In all other countries in the world exempt from paying VAT, the final price is shown based on the currency selected.
Requesting a refund:
If you're not entirely satisfied with the purchase you have made on Luxyuu, or you have changed your mind, you can exercise your right to return the item(s).
You must inform us within ten 10 (ten) days of receipt of the items of your intention to return them. You can do this by sending an email to the address specified at the time of placing your order, email@example.com. You have 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the items for pack and send the item back.
We will then confirm that your return request has been received and one of the Luxyuu team will provide further instructions. Items will need to be sent with all original packaging. Please note that refunds will not be processed unless Luxyuu receives all accompanying materials dispatched with the order and the garment(s) are free from wear and tear).
Europe: you may return items to Luxyuu at your expenses, even if you use our designated courier when returning the item(s) to us.
You can use another shipping carrier, but consider that items returned in more than 60 (sixty) days from the purchasing date are not refundable. The shipping costs related to the first Luxyuu shipping (from Luxyuu to the customer) will be not refunded. An expample: If you buy a €20,- tie + €7,- shipping cost, Luxyuu will refund you only the €20,- price paid for the returned product. The shipping costs for the returned products (from the customer to Luxyuu) will be paid you, the customer.
Russia: you may return items to Luxyuu in the same packaging you've received the products at your expenses. The shipping costs related to the first shipping (from Luxyuu to the customer) will be not refunded. An expample: If you buy a €20,- tie + €7,- shipping cost, Luxyuu will refund you the €20,- price paid for the returned product . The shipping costs (from the customer to Luxyuu) if you want to return it, will be paid by you, the customer.
Rest of World: Customers are expected to cover the full costs of returning the item to the Luxyuu warehouse in Italy. However, we will attempt to limit these costs as much as possible, on a case by case basis providing you with guidance on the most cost-effective means of returning the items to us. The shipping costs related to the first shipping (from Luxyuu to the customer) and the shipping cost of the returned items will be not refunded.
Once one of the team has verified that all the items have been returned to us in good order, a refund will be issued within thirty (30) days. This refund will be made in Euros, to the payment method chosen during the ordering process.

In cases where the recipient of the items and the person who placed the order are not the same, the refund will be made to the account of the person who placed an order, with the refund payment corresponding with the payment method chosen during the ordering process.
Different card issuers take different amounts of time when crediting a refund to your account, even after we completed processing of your refund from our end. Once we issue a refund you should check with your card issuer when the credit will be made to your account. In a case where the card issuer requests a reference code for the transaction, this can be supplied.

PayPal Payment Gateway with no balance
If you have purchased a Luxyuu item using your credit card processed by the Paypal gateway with the fast pay process, you don't have a Paypal balance. In this case your credit card will be charged with the money amount paid for the items you have returned. Please, wait few days (usually 3, 4 days), and you'll be notified by Paypal or your credit card issuer.
Cash on Delivery
In cases where the refund request relates to an order made using the cash on delivery option, the refund will be made to a bank account that we have requested to be indicated on the returns form. The refund will be credited to the account within thirty (30) days.The more complete the information provided on the returns form, the quicker it will be to process your refund request.
