    Additional shipping fees:

    EU: For orders being delivered to countries inside the European Union, the prices quoted on the website are inclusive of tax and any customs import charges.

    OUTSIDE EU: For orders being delivered to countries outside the European Union, please note that any additional duties, taxes or fees to local customs authorities will charged additionally to the customer. If you are unfamiliar with these fees, please check your country's importation policy before ordering, so that you have an idea of the additional fees you can expect to see included on your invoice.

  • DELIVERY TYPES:

    In order to guarantee that your items arrive in perfect condition, we entrust them to Bartolini couriers. As an ISO 9001 certified company, and delivering over 100 million packages worldwide annually, we have put your items in the safest of hands.

  • LUXYUU OPENING HOURS:

    Luxyuu Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
    Luxyuu Orders received before 2pm (Central European Time) are dispatched on the same day.
    Luxyuu Orders received after 2pm (Central European Time) are dispatched on the next available working day.

  • NATIONAL HOLIDAYS:

    Shipments are not made on the following non-working holidays observed in Italy. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day following the holiday.

    Couriers will automatically deliver on the next available working day, should the package be scheduled out for delivery on a national holiday in the final country of delivery.

  • UNDELIVERED ITEMS:

    If the recipient is not at home when the courier attempts to deliver, a notification will be left at the home so that the delivery can be rescheduled.
    Following these instructions, if the customer does not contact the courier within 24 hours, the package will be returned to the Luxyuu warehouse.
